Returns

You have 24 working hours lead time  to intimate us on services not required.

To be eligible for cancellation, subject to cancellation rules of Airlines / Hotels or end service provider.

In case of Car Rentals cancellation to be intimated before 4 Hrs. of reporting time in City limits or before car leaves our office for Outstation usage.

Refunds

Once we receive cancellation request, we will notify you status of your refund based on Airline/ Hotel or other supplier rules of refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) on receipt of the refund from Airlines /Hotels /Other service agents

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
